Hereford & Worcester

Once part of the kingdom of Mercia, Hereford & Worcester covers 1543 square miles and is renown for the Malvern Hills, where the views are stunning and reveal much of the county. Coal, iron, sandstone and clay were all once mined extensively in the regin, though the county has a strong agricultural base. The stories and legends from this region are quite varied, from dragon slayers to shucks, black rain falls to Alien Big Cats.
