Woman in Long Dress and Mob Cap - 55 High Street, Lowestoft

Seen only twice, in the same day (26 November 1974), this apparition was seen in the upper part of the house. A builder watched her climb the staircase to the second floor at midday, while both the owner and his dog ran from the form when they encountered it at 17:00h.
