Pekinese Puppy - Beach and cove, Lands End

The body of a Chinese princess was buried somewhere in this area in the mid nineteenth century. The body is said to be protected by the ghost of one of her pet pekinese. If anyone tries to disturb the woman's final resting place, the phantom puppy will bite the perpetrator, resulting in death soon after.
